Design tips
- Minimum spacing ( TT-TP-…) : min. 0.20 mm
- Tracks : min. 0.20 mm
- CU via : min. 0.20 mm (=0.4 mm larger than final diameter)
- CU hole : min. 0.25 mm (=0.5 mm larger than final diameter)
- Drill diameter : >= 0.6 mm
- Routing : 2,0 mm (inner corners with a Radius R=1mm)
- Legend printing : thickness min. 0.25 mm
- Scoring : distance between CU and the scoring : min. 0.4 mm
- Routing : distance between CU and the routing : min. 0.1 mm
When the above mentioned values are taken into account,
this may have an effect (positive) on the price of the printed circuit board.
